Eating avo and drinking green tea every day is all well and good but sometimes we need something a bit naughtier. Sometimes, the only way to get through the day is by munching on something sweet. The only problem is you don’t want to ruin all your hard wellness work. So, if that packet of office choccy digestives keeps staring at you, run out the office and grab a sweet yet wholesome treat from the of these London eateries!

They have a small but mighty selection of desserts including Banoffee Pie and Rhubarb & Ginger Fool. Plus, they’re on Deliveroo so you don’t even have to leave your office/sofa/bed.

Yorica!

Need a sugar-fix STAT? Yorica! offers vegan, gluten8, nut, egg, and dairy free treats. Choose from fro-yo, ice cream, shakes, waffles, or crepes. Then, go wild. Sprinkles!  Sauces! Chocolate! It’s got it all. Did I mention its free from nasties? Go on, get an extra scoop.

NAMA

The kings of raw food, NAMA, serves up mouth-watering sweet treats in their Talbot Road, Notting Hill restaurant. The bright and beautiful spot offers raw, vegan, organic, and unprocessed Tiramusi, Lemon Swirl, and our personal fav, Blueberry Cheesecake. They also offer a selection of five miniature sweet treats to share (as if you’d want to share such delicious joys).

Manna Dew

Three words. Gluten-free patisserie. Manna Dew in Battersea knows how to make tasty treats without the nasties. Choose from a range of bakes, cakes, tarts, and more all sweetened with vitamin-rich alternatives to cane sugar. Our fav? It has to be the Pistachio Ricotta Cheesecake. Make an afternoon of it and book in for afternoon tea!

The Free From Bakehouse

The clue is in the title here; this bakehouse is free from gluten, wheat, and sometimes dairy. Choose from individual slices, sharing bags, or whole cakes and loaves. Their selection changes frequently but our content fav is their award-winning Fig, Orange, and Cardamon cake. You can also pick up their baked treats at Whole Foods!
