Healthy lunch spots to try this week

Keeping healthy at work can be tricky. The minefield of cakes, bakes, and biscuits gets bigger every day. When your little voice whispers “Just one Jammy Dodger” it’s time to jump up and find some FUEL! We’ve found you the best healthy lunch joints across London to help you curb your cravings when it hits 1 pm.

Detox Kitchen

A Fiternity fav, Detox Kitchen is the spot for fresh and flavoursome dishes. Their menu caters perfectly for lunchtime goers, including a selection of open sandwiches, warming stews, salad pots, and wraps. Everything is available to go. No nasties here, Detox Kitchen’s menu is void of refined sugar too, so you won’t even be tempted by a sweet treat! Detox Kitchen is located in Soho, Fitzrovia, and Saint Pancras.

Squirrel

Not only is this place super healthy, but it is super cute too! Choose from bold salads, quick and tasty grain bowls, and seasonal specials like their Kale Blazer. Grab and go or sit in to be transported to Squirrel’s majestic treehouse. Try their home-brewed kombucha for an extra healthy punch.

C Press

All of C Press’s food is plant-based and packed full of nutritious goodness. Choose from brekkie bowls like Green Acai and Super Porridge, or grab their to-go lunch bowls like Rainbow Circus and Quinoa Bliss. And, of course, C Press has a huge selection of organic, cold-pressed juices. Perfect for a cleanse or a post-lunch treat. P.s. their Canary Wharf location has a larger selection of healthy lunch options than their Fulham Road location.

Pride Kitchen

Located in the heart of Neal’s Yard, this cosy cafe serves up a huge selection of food and drinks. Superfood lattes (hello, Red Velvet Beetroot Latte!), smoothies bowls, Buddha bowls, salads, the list goes on. There really is something for everyone at Pride. Sit in and have a chat with the lovely staff or grab any item on the menu to-go. What’s even better is that everything is gluten, dairy, and refined sugar-free!

The Good Life Eatery

With four locations dotted around London (Chelsea, Marylebone, Belgravia, and St John’s Wood) there is even more opportunities to grab a healthy lunch from The Good Life Eatery. They have a lovely selection of salads, sandwiches, soups, and warm bowls to suit every dietary requirement. But be warned, there are some sweet treats here that look so good you might not be able to resist.
