Join the squad for nearly 250 classes over the course of two days; HIIT, CrossFit, yoga, and some mindfulness thrown in for good measure. No booze here though so if you want to retox after your detox, you may have to pop elsewhere. Day passes cost £30, weekend passes cost £50.
A triathlon with a mindful twist. Start with a 5k run, followed by restorative group yoga then complete the triathlon with 25 minutes of soul reviving meditation. LoveFit is an Instagram queen’s dream. Bug influencers, big brands, and big portions of protein. This 3-day festi will have you flexin’ in no time as you HIIT it hard with 1Rebel, stretch it out with Fierce Grace, and get your groove on with Ministry of Sound. You’ll need to pack your glitter and spandex for this one. Weekend tickets are currently on their second tier and will set you back £89.
Soul Circus is giving another meaning to a 3-day bender with their yoga-centric wellness experience. Masters of yoga host sunrise sessions, aerial classes and mindfulness workshops throughout the day. Then, at night, DJs spin the hits to keep you moving till the AM. At £199 for a weekend ticket, this festi is a little spenny, but it is worth it for a hardcore yoga lover.
