The sun is finally out and you know what that means. Sky’s out, thighs out. Kick off your boots, don your summer dress, and find a good beer garden to reside in until Autumn rears its ugly head. When you’re done with the beer garden, give one of these events a go this month. Get out and see London in all its shining glory.

Join Insta queens Twice The Health as they inspire you to smash a marathon. They’ll be serving food and drinks, and plenty of time for questions so join them for an evening of enlightenment and a chit-chat.

11th: Balance Festival @ Brick Lane

Forget booze and glitter, this festi is putting health and wellness first. Balance Festival is a three-day extravaganza where you can HIIT some new fitness classes, drink your bodyweight in green smoothies, and just generally be *wholesome*.

28th: Free From Festival ’18 @ Spitalfields Market

Welcome to sample heaven for all free-from honeys. Get your hands on a locally produced, refined sugar-free chocolate tasting, gluten-free desserts & savoury snacks. If that wasn’t enough, get your mitts on gluten-free beer, organic wine, and refined sugar-free bevs. Oosh!
