Jan is prime time for gyms and studios to get to sign up which means they are likely to have deals. A lot of gyms will have introductory offers like 4 classes for £30 or something of the like. Get cheap credits, skip around studios like a true wellness socialite, and mix up your routine with a new class.

This breaks our heart to say but… put down the smoothie. Those tasty green things can really add up, especially if you’re buying on after each gym sesh. It’s might sound obvious but make your own; dust off that Nutribullet, babe, it’s time to get *juicing*.

Walk past the £100 leggings and right into a free fitness class at loads of Lululemons and Sweaty Bettys across London. Chose from barre, yoga, pilates, and more classes run by instructors from your fav studios. All for free. Just make sure you wear blinkers when you’re walking out so you don’t accidentally buy a new tank top.
