Cream Cheeses

Followed by family-style lunch of Lasagna (which will use the ricotta and parmesan we make in class) and salads!

Who is Kinda Co.?
When Ellie Brown gave up eating dairy she thought it would spell the end of her love for cheese. Gradually she began experimenting with nut-based cheese recipes and Kinda Co. dairy-free cheese was born. Kinda Co. now make a range of eight dairy-free cheeses, which are all handmade in their East London kitchen. Their cheeses are made using traditional cheesemaking methods to transform whole nuts into delicious cheeses such as an almond Marinated Feta, a Nacho Dip and a White Cheddar + Cranberry cheese.
