This is the Privacy Cookies Policy (the ‘PCP’) of Show Up London Limited trading as “Fiternity”, a company registered in England with a company number of 09864460 and a registered address of Basepoint Business Centre, Rivermead Drive, Swindon, England, SN5 7EX (hereafter ‘we’ or ‘us’) for our mobile application Fiternity (‘Fiternity’). This PCP describes the ways in which we collect and use information about our users (hereafter ‘you’ or ‘users’) when you visit and/or use Fiternity. Who this PCP applies to:
This PCP applies to any person who uses Fiternity. By using Fiternity you agree to be bound by this PCP. We may change this PCP at any time. We shall deem your continued use of Fiternity as indicating your consent to such changes.

Information we collect from people who use Fiternity: When you sign up to an Account for Fiternity and when you use Fiternity we collect the following information from you:
– upon sign-up we collect your user name, first and last name, age, gender, details of the device you are using, a photo identifying you and other contact information such as an email address including any email associated with your payment provider’s account, postal address and telephone number;
-details in relation to your use of Fiternity including details of your use of our ‘Partner’ locations recorded on Fiternity;
– information relating to your real time location collected via the use of Bluetooth-operated Beacons and GPS/geolocation tracking in relation to your device; your IP address or the internet browser which you are using when you use Fiternity;
– and information collected by Fiternity’s use of cookies and similar technologies is described in paragraph 11 below and in the Table below at the bottom of this PCP.

Collecting your financial information: Your financial details are collected and used by our payment processor when you purchase tickets to Fiternity branded events using Fiternity, third party providers or the Fiternity Website (www. Otherwise, the only financial details we will hold are the records of your transactions.

Stopping us from collecting this information: If you do not want us to collect and use this information you can use your browser settings and privacy settings on your device to prevent us from collecting certain of the above information about you. If you still have concerns about the information we collect please contact us at any time by sending an e-mail to info@ However, Fiternity may not function fully, or at all, on your device if you decide to do so and we reserve the right to restrict access to Fiternity if users do not agree to provide such information.

How we use information collected from people who use Fiternity: The information is used for our own business management purposes and also in order to provide the best service possible via Fiternity. We may also use your information to: help you access your information after you sign in and remember information for future visits; complete transactions using Fiternity; display location-specific and other user information on Fiternity for the benefit of other users and wellness and health and fitness provider locations who use Fiternity; facilitate the improvement of Fiternity and your experience of Fiternity and to develop and test Fiternity; provide technical support in relation to user enquires, resolving disputes, collecting fees and troubleshooting; to monitor numbers of visitors, traffic, demographic patterns and patterns in consumer preferences; prevent fraud or illegal activities; to provide information about other products and services. From time to time we may send you information about Fiternity and other goods and services which we think may be of interest to you. Sharing information with third parties: We may, subject to our obligations to comply with applicable data protection legislation, share your information with third parties including: our business partners or other third parties who may serve adverts within Fiternity (please see further details on these adverts in paragraph 8 below). We may share your anonymised data and your IP address with our business partners and other third parties to ensure that the ads you receive are relevant to you; we may also share elements of your participation on Fiternity (e.g. displaying your geographical location to communicate with other users in similar locations) with our business partners and other third parties and other users; in relation to the sale of some or all of our business, or its assets, to any third party, or as part of any business restructuring or reorganisation, but we will take steps with the aim of ensuring that your privacy rights continue to be protected; in anonymised form with data aggregators and service providers as part of an analysis of user metrics, consumer preferences or sales performance; with law enforcement agencies in compliance with law enforcement; and as detailed in paragraphs 7.

Information about third party products and services: With your prior consent, we may pass your information onto one of our business partners or to other selected third parties to enable them to send you information which may be of interest to you, but only if you have given us permission to do so. Links to third party websites and third party adverts: We are not responsible for the privacy policies and practices of other sites even if you access such sites using links from Fiternity, adverts in Fiternity or from adverts on a webpage when you are using Fiternity. We recommend that you check the policy of each site you visit and contact its owner or operator if you have any concerns or questions. In addition, if you link to Fiternity from a third party site or via a social network (e.g. Twitter, Facebook), we are not responsible for the privacy policies and practices of the owners or operators of that third party site and recommend that you check the policy of that third party site and contact its owner or operator if you have any concerns or questions.

Security: We have implemented technology and policies to safeguard your privacy from unauthorised access and improper use. Our physical servers are operated by Amazon Web Services in the Republic of Ireland.

Fiternity’s policy towards children: We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information in relation to children under the age of 18. If we discover we have collected personal data in relation to any children under 18 we shall delete such information.

Cookies and similar technologies: What are Cookies? Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device when you use Fiternity. We do not use cookies in Fiternity, but use other technologies to store information on your device and this is detailed below. Session cookies enable you to move from page to page within websites, Facebook or other apps and any information you enter will be remembered but is deleted when you close your browser or after a short time. Persistent cookies allow us to remember your preferences and settings when you use Fiternity in the future, in different browser sessions. This paragraph 11 applies to our use of cookies and similar technologies.

Disabling Cookies: The use of the cookies and similar technologies described above improves the functionality of Fiternity and your experience using it. If you do not want these cookies and similar technologies to be served on your device, you are able to disable them by changing the settings on your browser, or on your device. Please note that if you do decide to disable cookies you may not be able to access all or part of Fiternity, some of the features of Fiternity or Fiternity may not function properly.
